I rarely leave a review, however, I’ve been w Purtill for many yrs and they always get it right, needed a second opinion on a tankless h2o heater,, another co said I needed a new one, Shawn, Gary and Brendon all showed up in sequence and fixed the old one,, they literally saved me thousands of dollars and have always taken care of my home and plumbing,, Highly recommend if you are new in town or scared to commit!

We had an emergency where our septic water was backing up into our basement. Mike was here in under 30 minutes from my first phone call. He scheduled his crew to come out first thing the next morning, they quickly identified the problem, and in under 2 hours had the issue fixed. Very professional and knowledgeable. Best things, the repair was very reasonable price wise. Can't recommend Purtill Plumbing enough!

Had them remove a garbage disposal from under the kitchen sink. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. They actually put "booties" on when they walked into the house and removed them when they had to run back to their work truck. Very respectful. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves. The price paid was a bit higher than quoted (quote was given sight unseen via phone), as there was a slight adjustment that had to be made to the piping. All in all a pleasant, not grossly overpriced job. Highly recommended.

Purtill Plumbing is our go-to plumbing service for any needs we have. Mike and has team have helped with our basement sink issues in south Buffalo and now shower leaks, running toilets, etc. at our new house in OP. He is very fast, reliable and great communication.
